Finding Mathematical Treasures

This week, Year 5 explored the various functions of their iPads in computing lessons. They practised taking, AirDropping, and editing photos, which they then used to complete a maths treasure hunt. Their challenge was to find and capture mathematical patterns in their surroundings, such as examples of the Fibonacci sequence in nature, the polygons with the most sides they could spot, or intricate designs created by tessellating geometric shapes.
